CareYaya is a mission-driven organization working on one of the biggest problems in America: how we care for people as they age.
We started by connecting families with compassionate college students from top universities who want careers in healthcare. Tens of thousands of young people are getting real clinical experience, and families are getting higher-quality care.
Aging in America touches medicine, technology, psychology, economics, and policy all at once. So CareYaya grew to meet it. Today we operate across several interconnected verticals:
- Care & Clinical Services: matching families with pre-health students for affordable in-home support for older adults, children with complex needs, and other vulnerable populations
- Technology & Product Development: AI-powered caregiver tools, in-home robotics, digital companions, care coordination platforms, and cognitive health monitoring
- Research & Behavioral Science: psychology, neuroscience, social work, and behavioral health research on dementia, loneliness, caregiver burnout, and intergenerational connection
- Venture Studio & Strategy: an internal studio that identifies, builds, and scales new products and companies in healthcare and aging
- Communications & Public Impact: PR, outreach, university and health system partnerships, and advocacy for better care in America
We recruit across a wide range of functions, including:
- Patient care, healthcare management, and social work
- Software engineering, AI, data science, and product development
- Hardware, robotics, and assistive technology
- Psychology, neuroscience, and clinical research
- Business strategy, consulting, and operations
- Finance, venture capital, and investment analysis
- Public relations, marketing, and community building
Our team includes dozens of full-time staff, interns, and volunteers nationwide. Every role connects back to the same mission. We are highly selective, and we look for people who are very good at what they do and who genuinely care about why we do it.
